Here is how it works
Thanks to the new payment slip with QR code, there is no need for tedious typing of account and reference numbers. Simply scan the QR code with your e-banking app using the camera on your cell phone, PC or laptop. The QR code forwards all the necessary data directly to the digital payment process.
If you want to pay directly at the post office counter or by postal payment order to the bank, you can continue to do so easily with the new QR payment slip slip.
Create new standing orders
Standing orders that were set up using the orange or red payment slip will no longer be executed as of 1 October 2022. In order to be able to continue your permanent support for SWISSAID, you should set up your standing order again using the QR payment slip by September 2022 at the latest. We will be happy to send you a corresponding form by mail or email upon request. Contact: info@swissaid.ch

What is a QR payment slip ?
((Bild QR-Einzahlungsschein s. Magazin))
A QR deposit slip differs from the previously valid orange and red payment slip by a clearly visible square, two-dimensional code, the so-called QR code. This code stores all the information relevant for a payment. As is currently the case, the payment slip consists of a receiving section (left) and a payment section (right) containing the QR code.
From when can I pay with the new QR payment slip?
The QR deposit slip has already been valid since mid-2020. From 1 October 2022, only payments with the new QR payment slip will be possible. Orange and red payment slips will be invalid from then on.
How can I pay with the new payment slip?
The new QR payment slip continues to enable payments at the post office or bank counter, by postal payment order and via online banking. Since all the information relevant for a payment is already stored in the QR code, the payment is significantly simplified and incorrect entries are prevented.
Does the new QR payment slip limit previous payment options?
No, with the new payment slip, payments can be made in the proven form either at the post office counter, by postal payment order to the bank or via online banking.
What do I need to bear in mind when paying with the new payment slip?
The QR code already contains all the important information for your payment. As usual, always check the information that is visible to you.
Does the new payment slip affect my standing orders?
Yes, in particular standing orders which were set up on the basis of a red or orange payment slip.
